Nutrition and Supplements

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle
Tom Venuto's 300+ page ebook has everything you need to know about nutrition regarding fat loss and building muscle, it even includes sample meal plans. Tom is a natural competitive bodybuilder that cuts down to 3 to 4% body fat, so he really understands how to lose fat while still increasing muscle mass. This is the resource I am using to design my nutritional program.

Diet Supplements Revealed
This is Will Brink's site, the resource I use to decide which supplements to take (Whey, Casein, and Creatine). He discusses available research regarding specific supplements, and also provides recommendations for bodybuilders. He does not work for the supplement companies.

Muscle Building Nutrition
